It seems that Apple is now ready to launch a new generation of their iPad Pro device. The new iteration — called the iPad Pro 2 — is expected to be released soon, despite the fact that Apple's recently concluded event last month has yielded no announcements about it.

According to Game N Guide, Apple has confirmed that they will have an event sometime before the month ends, and a lot of fans believe that it will be the event that will pave the way for the MacBook Pro 2016. However, while the possibility of an iPad Pro 2 announcement is very slim, a lot of tech experts believe otherwise as the buzz related to the device does not seem to be much.

As such, most fans believe that the tablet will instead arrive sometime during the next year. Even so, it is believed that the iPad Pro 2 will be released with three variants in order to cater for a specific market. Also, according to the Gospel Herald, each of the variant will have its own processor and specs.

The next iPad Pro — as predicted by tech experts — will have a 12.9-inch model, a 10.5-inch model, and an economy variant which has a 9.7-inch screen. As can be derived from the sizes, it seems that Apple is planning to release the iPad Pro 2 in order to compete against the upcoming Surface Pro tablets made by Microsoft.

The 12.9-inch and the 10.5-inch variants of the device will have the Apple-made A10X system-on-chip, which, as fans can remember, is the successor of the A9X processor. As such, this chip is rumored to make the iPad Pro 2 a more functional device for business users as well as graphic designers since it can boost its performance.

The 9.7-inch variant will have the A9x chip, which is perfect for schools and individuals.
