New posters of "The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1" were released and the cast can be seen in District 13 outfits as they all prepare for their head-on war with the Capitol.

In the previous film, "The Hunger Games: Catching Fire," Katniss (Jennifer Lawrence) and other participants of the Quarter Quell were transported to District 13, except for Peeta (Josh Hutcherson) and Johanna (Jena Malone). The two were captured and brainwashed by the Capitol. A previous teaser trailer showed the two dressed in white (the usual uniform of Capitol). The rest of the participants and rebels were dressed in grey.

In this first part of the film, Katniss will be very difficult to deal with although she is the face of the revolution against the Capitol and the tyrant rule of President Snow.

Meanwhile, the public was treated with a trailer at the recently concluded San Diego Comic Con. The video clip showed featured more of the main character, Katniss Everdeen. It was entitled "Our Leader the Mockingjay".

New characters are set to appear in the upcoming film such as President Coin, portrayed by Julianne Moore, and Natalie Dormer, as Cressida. The late actor Philip Seymour Hoffman who plays the role of Plutarch Heavensbee will also be featured in the upcoming film.

The first part of the film adaptation of "The Hunger Games" third book will pick up where the previous film, "Catching Fire," left off. Peeta is not on Katniss' side which will depress her. A lot of emotions will be involved in the upcoming film. This is in line with the previous reports that the action-packed scenes will be pushed on to the second part of "Mockingjay". There were speculations that the first part will be cut in Finnick and Annie's wedding.

Part 1 will be released on November 21, 2014, while the second part will be shown roughly next year although the producers and director announced no date yet.
