Famed Harry Potter author JK Rowling truly cares about her fans, and no one could support this statement better than Johnnie Blue of Scotland, who just received the most touching letter from his favourite author.

Blue has found solace and happiness in the magical world of Hogwarts, and has continuously gone on book signings, Harry Potter themed events, and even the Warner Bros. Studio tour in London, which showcases the props and costumes used in the films.

Much like Harry Potter himself, Blue was bullied when he was younger, and having a hero to look up to and a world to escape to was such a blessing for him that he thanked the Harry Potter creator for changing his life.

He gave her a specially-made notebook with a letter that said, "Thank you for everything."

Blue did not expect any reply from the author, but was thrilled when he came home from school one day to a letter from the author. He shared the letter to BuzzFeed and it read:

"You have fantastic handwriting. That's not the most important thing I've got to say to you, but I thought I'd mention it — I'm a connoisseur.

"On to more important things:

"What you say about Harry helping you at what was clearly a dreadful time in your life means more to me than I can easily express. I freely confess that I loathe bullying and the way it is still so often 'handled' in schools. Your experience is shocking and disturbing and that you have turned out to be a compassionate, moral, highly motivated person is high testimony to your courage. Gryffindor for you, my lad...

"Thank you so much for the stunningly beautiful notebook. I love it.

"This letter seems to be a series of non-sequiturs, but why break the pattern: I have family roots in Ayrshire — Arran, to be precise. And I've never been there. Embarrassing, isn't it? Don't tell the Nationalists.

"I'm sure we'll see each other again. In the meantime, I'll watch out for you on Twitter."

Rowling has indeed stayed true to her word since the two have continuously made exchanges in Twitter. Johnnie is beyond touched by Rowling's letter, and even called it life-changing. "By the time I was finished reading the letter, there were tears rolling down my face," he said.

"JK Rowling to me, is a hero," Johnnie added. "She's saved so many peoples lives, along with mine, something I will be eternally grateful for."
