The upcoming revival series of the "Gilmore Girls" is set to premiere this year on Netflix and according to a report from Vanity Fair, actress Lauren Graham has unveiled its official title during an episode of "The Ellen Show." According to Graham, the title is now set as "Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life."

As stated by the report, it was previously speculated that the series would be titled "Gilmore Girls: Seasons" given that the series will be comprised of four mini-movies that are an hour and a half long, with each episode set in a different season of the year.

Bustle reports that during the same episode, Graham did state that the revival series will premiere about the same time that she will launch her new book, "Talking As Fast As I Can." Graham stated her book will premiere on Nov. 29, indicating the show will premiere on Netflix by November.

The official Twitter account for "Gilmore Girls" has also given a clue with a recent post that states "153 days." This was posted on June 22. If the days are counted this would hint at a Nov. 22 release. However, a separate report from Bustle points out that Nov. 22 lands on a Tuesday and that Netflix shows release on Fridays.

Given that Netflix is very unlikely going to alter its schedule of premieres, "Gilmore Girls: A Day in the Life" is speculated to premiere by Friday, Nov. 29, simultaneously with the launch of Graham's book.

A report from TV Line also states that if possible, series creator Amy Sherman-Palladino would prefer if the episodes did not all launch at once.

"My preference would be they would not be released at once, because I feel like there's going to be anticipation, and I think the diehard fans would enjoy it more with a little separation," she explained. "So my preference would be to release them at least a day apart. Let people get a little sunlight and go for a walk around the corner."
