One of the most hated characters in HBO's "Game of Thrones" will return in season 6. 

During the Television Critics' Association summer press tour this year, actor David Bradley confirmed that his character Lord Walder Frey will return in the sixth season of "Game of Thrones." 

"He will be coming back, but I can't say when. I can't really say because things are in a delicate situation," the actor told Zap2it. 

Fans of the TV adaptation of George R.R. Martin's best-selling book series titled "A Song of Ice and Fire" remember Bradley's character as the ruthless traitor working with the Stark's mortal enemy Tywin Lannister (Charles Dance). He was the one who staged the horrifying "Red Wedding," where Robb Stark (Richard Madden), his mother Lady Catelyn (Michelle Fairley), his pregnant wife Talisa (Oona Chaplin), and majority of their men were killed. This earned him the title of one of the most hated traitors in the series.

Bradley confessed that he finds his character terribly awful, which made him an instant fan of Lord Fray.

"I'm afraid he makes me laugh because he's so appalling that there's a kind of dark humour in there somewhere," the actor said. 

Meanwhile, it seems like the Stark's head of the family will also return in the series, albeit a younger version. Unleash the Fanboy reported that 13-year-old theater actor Sebastian Croft was cast to be part of "GoT," and it appears that he will be portraying the role of the young Ned Stark. 

The report claimed that Croft will portray one of the roles that were posted earlier in Watchers on the Wall, where three characters seemed to be referring to several Northerner citizens. One of them was described as a tall 7- or 8-old-boy who has a "character squat features"; the other one is a 12-year-old boy with brown hair and blue eyes, and good with wooden sword; and the last one is a 7-year-old boy who is also skilled in using wooden swords. The characters allegedly need to have a Northern accent. 

While HBO has yet to confirm the reports, it seems like the casting call is looking for a younger versions of Robert Baratheon (Mark Addy), Brandon Stark, and Ned (Sean Bean). 

"Game of Thrones" season 6 is scheduled to return in 2016.
