Dire events are happening around the world at an alarming pace, but Reverend Franklin Graham is neither worried nor fearful for what will happen next because he feels secure with God's love.

"A worldwide travel alert, downed planes, terrorist threats, lone wolves, and soft targets. Just read the headlines—our world seems to be on a tightrope of uncertainty and fear. But God reassures us in His Word, 'Though the mountains be shaken and the hills be removed, yet my unfailing love for you will not be shaken..." (Isaiah 54:10),'" Graham writes on his Facebook page.

He says the thought of God's love and His promise of eternal salvation helps him sleep better at night. "I'm thankful for God's love that does not change even when the circumstances around us do. The Bible tells us that NOTHING can separate us from the love of God. Now that's something to be thankful for!"

He then shares the Bible verses Romans 8:38 to 39: "For I am sure that neither death nor life, nor angels nor rulers, nor things present nor things to come, nor powers, nor height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord."

Graham calls for unity among the nations of the world so that individuals who have been radicalised by the teachings of Islam will not be able to sow terror.

"We need to be working together with France, Russia, and others to shut down these terrorists," he says. "Because of the multiple terrorist threats around the world, the U.S. State Department has now issued a worldwide travel alert."

He cannot understand why President Barack Obama and Democratic presidential hopefuls Hillary Clinton and Bernie Sanders still refuse to acknowledge the enemies as Islamic terrorists.

"What's it going to take? Join me in praying for our law enforcement, and for U.S., Russian, French, and other forces on the forefront of the battle to bring down these radical Muslims," he urges.
