Rev. Franklin Graham agrees with the beauty philosophy shared by Hollywood A-list actress Jennifer Aniston, who has just been named as People Magazine's 2016 World's Most Beautiful Woman.

"At 47, she is the second oldest to be given this honor — last year it was Sandra Bullock," Graham writes on his Facebook page. "Jennifer was quoted as saying, 'It's funny, it's a really quick transition from not a care and now, all of a sudden, we've got to be really mindful of what we put inside our bodies.'"

Graham acknowledges that it is good advice for people to be mindful of the things that they eat, but he believes there is something far more important that they have to pay attention to—their spiritual wellbeing.

"I would like to take that thought a step further. We've got to be really careful not only what we put inside our bodies, but even more importantly, we have to be careful what we put into our minds," he says. "What we watch on television, what we view on the Internet, or what we read can be a toxic poison to one's soul. The old saying, 'Garbage in, Garbage out' is true in more ways than one."

The evangelist makes use of the Bible verse Philippians 4:8 to back up his statements. It reads, "Whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable — if anything is excellent or praiseworthy — think about such things."

Meanwhile, Graham disagrees with the views expressed by Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump, who said that it's okay for people to use public bathrooms based on their preferred gender. Trump even said that it Caitlyn Jenner (formerly known as Olympic runner Bruce Jenner) came to Trump Tower, he would be allowed to use any bathroom he wanted.

"That's Mr. Trump's prerogative on his own property. But businesses and organisations shouldn't be forced by law to allow men pretending to be women to use women's restrooms," says Graham. "Men have no business using women's bathrooms and locker rooms. Period."
