As fans clamor for the release of the "Final Fantasy VII" remake, it has been reported that the launch will be in 2019. The title will be released in episodes, according to a report made by Yibada.

While this game is a remake of the 1997 iconic roleplaying game, producer Yoshinori Kitase said in an interview with Game Informer that they want to balance out the nostalgia for the game as well as the areas they want to improve. He believes that, without changing some of its plot points, the experience will start diminishing since players are playing a story they already know.

He even said that since he and his team were part of the original developers of the game, they can change any aspect as they see fit, but with utmost consideration for the fanbase.

"I, along with Nomura-san and [Kazushige] Nojima-san – who are involved with the remake – were involved with the original Final Fantasy VII. We were the people who created it, so in that sense, we don't think anything is untouchable. That isn't to say we're changing everything!" he said in the same interview.

A lot of people who played the original "Final Fantasy VII" game still hope that the great mini-games as well as some of the features will be retained in the remake, especially the Golden Saucer's mini games, since they offered players some sort of relaxation period during their downtime.

As such, according to the Parent Herald, some of the mini-games players should expect in the "Final Fantasy 7" remake will include crowd favorites such as the "Mog House" because of its light-heartedness. This game could be compared to a Tamagochi, but with Moggles instead. However, speculations say that this mini-game will feature more exciting things to do, and couple that with the expected release of mini-games like "Chocobo Racing" and "G-Bike," a lot of fans expect that the remake of "Final Fantasy VII" will be more interesting than its predecessors.
