Two new mods, known as "Project Brazil" and "The Frontier" are now set to dramatically change the landscape of "Fallout: New Vegas."

Starting off with "Project Brazil," this mod changes the game right from the New Game Menu. Players will also be taking on the role of an entirely new character for this mod. The players will be cast in the role of an adopted resident of Vault 18, and soon after they are introduced to their new in-game counterpart, they will be asked to trek into what remains of Los Angeles.

From there, they will be thrust into a battle involving some of the more prominent factions of that era, with the actions serving to shape the future of the world.

"Project Brazil" will provide players with 16 new main quests along with numerous other side missions to complete as they go on their journey. The story of "Project Brazil" will also be told in three parts, giving players ample opportunity to get ready and finish a chapter as soon as it is released.

To further drive home the new quality of the "Project Brazil" mod, players will even get to watch a new intro video for it, according to Lazygamer.

As of now, the project's head, Brandan Lee, said "Project Brazil" should be ready to go by either October or November.

The second mod "Fallout: New Vegas" fans can look forward to is "The Frontier."

"The Frontier" is set in the ruins of Portland, Oregon, and with its debut, this new mod will provide players with an entirely new world map to explore, according to Polygon.

Players can also take part in aerial dogfights and tank battles that are said to be part of the mod.

As of now, "The Frontier" is being prepped for a winter release, although no specific time frame has been given.
