Eminem new album MMLP2 deluxe song list; Rapper receives Global Icon Award at 2013 MTV EMAs

Eminem's new album 'The Marshall Mathers LP 2' debuted at No. 1 when it was finally released on Nov. 5, 2013. The rapper's 8th studio album is set to become the second-largest sales week of the year, topping Drake's "Nothing Was the Same" album. Eminem is believed to have sold over 750,000 albums by the end of the first week- but that number will be confirmed by the official sales number, which will be announced Nov. 13.

The highly successfully MMLP2 is Eminem's 7th consecutive No. 1 album.

The 41-year-old's last studio album "Recovery" was released back in June 2010. It debuted at No. 1 on the U.S. Billboard 200 chart, selling 741,000 copies in its first week and stayed at number one for seven non-consecutive weeks. It was the best-selling album of 2010 worldwide.

Meanwhile, Eminem performed at the 2013 MTV Europe Music Awards on Nov. 10, 2013. The rapper was on stage at the Ziggo Dome in Amsterdam to receive the Global Icon Award. He rapped his new songs "Berzerk" and "Rap God" at the award show. 

On Nov. 7, Eminem held a Q&A session with fans via Facebook.

One fan asked, "what inspired you to start rapping?" to which he replied, "LL cool J."

Another fan asked, "What is the one thing you get annoyed at the most?" Eminem replied, "When people keep asking me if I am retiring."

"If you could go back and change one thing about MMLP2, what would that be and why?" asked Ben McClaughry.

Eminem said, "I would have added 'don't front' on to the deluxe bonus disc but we didn't clear the sample in time."
