Eminem will be performing for the first time in years on Wednesday night in New York City. Eminem fans were hoping to watch his G-Shock concert performance online but an updated disclaimer on G-Shock's Facebook page says that the rapper's performance will not be streamed, disappointing many fans. The live stream of the 'Shock the World 2013' event, however, will be available.

Jessi Spaff expressed his disappointment on Facebook. "Not going to stream his performance? Wow. And there's been so much hype. Everyone was looking forward to it for Eminem."

The G-Shock 'Shock The World 2013' event live stream will begin take place at 8 p.m. ET tonight. Although a live stream of Eminem's performance will not be available, New York residents have a chance to win tickets to attend the concert to watch the rapper perform live.

G-Shock watches is celebrating its 30th anniversary and Eminem will be the lead entertainer at the anniversary party. Eminem and G-Shock are collaborating together to release a new watch called the GDX6900MNM-1 in December this year.

According to a press release, "The GDX6900MNM-1 timepiece, available this December, takes the newly-revamped XL-6900 watch face and personalizes it with Eminem iconology for a watch that is not only ruggedly functional, but also stylishly streetwise.

"An avid watch collector himself, Eminem can be seen wearing G-SHOCK throughout many of his music videos and performances, making this collaboration a natural expression of mutual respect and appreciation. Being one of the most recognized and accomplished hip-hop artists of our time, this limited edition collaborative watch with Eminem crowns a long history of hip-hop partnerships for G-SHOCK."

Eminem's exclusive performance at G-Shock's event comes as the rapper is rumored to release his new album sometime this year.

The rapper is also scheduled to head to tour Europe and perform at five shows in the next few weeks.
