The Robertson family from the A&E reality show "Duck Dynasty" have all pledged their support to U.S. Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump, with patriarch Phil and his son Willie actively campaigning for the business magnate.

But Phil's brother Si Robertson, better known in the show as Uncle Si, tells Fox News that he'd rather trust his Saviour than anybody else. So if given the chance, Uncle Si would love to vote for God as president of the United States.

"It's impossible for Him to lie. Number two, He's going to do what's right because He loves this United States of America, and...that's the truth — He was with us from the founding of this nation," says Uncle Si.

But since America is only given a couple of candidates to choose from — Trump and Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton — Uncle Si advised voters to "vet" their candidates based on these three ideals of God.

"That's the standard: love the United States, do what's right, and then stick with the truth," he says.

Meanwhile, Uncle Si has just released his new book called "Si-Renity: How I Stay Calm and Keep the Faith," which "shines a light on the kindness and compassion Si has for children, the military, and the less fortunate."

Uncle Si hilariously revealed in his book that around 15 to 20 women have already come up to him and proposed marriage, since they thought he was single.

"Over the past few years, several women have proposed to me during my speaking engagements and other public appearances," he writes in his book. "My brother, Phil, can't understand why women find me so attractive. He says, 'I'd understand it if they wanted to marry Willie because he has all the money. I'd even understand it if they wanted to marry Jase because he's Willie's right-hand man. But no, they want to marry — that goat.'"
