With regard to the remarkable set-pieces of the highly acclaimed series, November described that these will be "some of the best we've ever seen."

Another thrilling hint given to excited fans is Mr. Carson's statement in the "Downtown Abbey" Season 5 trailer. In the teaser, Mr. Carson seems to be warning the viewers or ominously cautioning the people around him. "I feel a shaking of the ground I stand on," he says.

Fans have interpreted this line in various possible ways. The most popular assumption is that Mr. Carson's statement might be an indication that the Crawleys, who have been financially challenged, might no longer be capable of keeping up appearances.

"The nature of life is not permanence, but flux," said Mr. Carson in the trailer released earlier this year. "Things are changing," he added.

Apart from these seemingly ill-omened words from Mr. Carson, several photos of the "Downtown Abbey" Season 5 cast members have been released.
