The 21st season of "Dancing With The Stars" will premiere on Sept. 14, which means that the casting rumors are now starting to intensify. ABC is still mum about the next lineup of celebrities who will join its long-running dance reality competition. However, the speculations on who will be matched with the professional dancers on the "DWTS" dance floor continue to emerge.

Bachelorette Kaitlyn BristoweABC

One of the most persistent rumors claim that the recently engaged Kaitlyn Bristowe will be the next star from "The Bachelor/ The Bachelorette" franchise to vie for the highly coveted Mirror Ball trophy in "Dancing With The Stars" season 21. Bristowe, who was the focus of the 11th season of "The Bachelorette," recently told E! News that she will definitely consider joining the show in case she gets an invite.

If Bristowe makes it on the list of contestants in the upcoming season of "DWTS," then she will join the ranks of Trista Sutter, Melissa Rycroft, Sean Lowe, Jake Pavelka, and Chris Soules who joined the dance competition straight from their stint in the dating reality show.

Other rumors claim that "Pretty Little Liars" star Shay Mitchell will also join the show, after she expressed her interest to be a contestant in her YouTube channel. Meanwhile, Nick Jonas is also said to be one of the future contestants, which was fueled when he recently followed Mitchell on Twitter.

Most recently, "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star Scott Disick was reported to join the 2016 "DWTS" competition. The Hollywood Hills received information from a source claiming that Kourtney Kardashian's ex-boyfriend will follow Kim's and Rob Kardashian's footsteps and dance his way to the top beginning next month.

"He really wants to do it because it would allow him to make money, be close to the kids and show the world he isn't such a wildcard that he has made himself out to be," the source claimed

ABC is expected to release the final list of names who will join "Dancing With the Stars" season 21 in the coming days.
