The Dallas Cowboys and the Chicago Bears will face off on NFL Sunday Night Football tonight in a huge clash to sign off for Sunday's games in Week 3. The Cowboys will expect the win, especially as they will be in front of their home fans at AT&T Stadium, but they haven't gotten up to full steam yet so far this season, and the Bears will believe they are vulnerable.

The game has a scheduled start time of 8.30 p.m. ET and can be watched on TV on the NBC network or online through live stream via the link below.

The Cowboys come into this Week 3 clash on 1-1 having secured their first win of the season last week. However, it wasn't pretty, and they were labored for much of the game against a very average Washington Redskins outfit.

But a win is a win and that 27-23 victory will have given them confidence to push on this week.

The Bears meanwhile are struggling badly and come into Week 3 on 0-2 and desperately trying to avoid falling to a their straight loss to open the season - which is a predicament few rarely come back from to make the Playoffs.

The Bears were soundly defeated by the Philadelphia Eagles last week on Monday Night Football, and too often the Eagles offense found it too easy to penetrate what looked like a vulnerable Bears defensive unit. That 29-14 loss will not have done anything good for Chicago's confidence and they really will see today's game as a must win to finally get their season up and running.

Earlier this week, Thursday Night Football saw the Houston Texans travel to the Gillette Stadium in Foxborough to take on the New England Patriots.

Going into the game both teams had won two from two, and with the Patriots having trouble in the quarterback position, many analysts had penciled in the Texans as favorites to maintain their 100 percent start to the season.

However, from the start the Texans found the going too tough, and the Patriots completely shut down the Houston offense. Such was the efficiency of the New England defense that the game decided well before the end of the game.

Many had wondered how rookie Jacoby Brissett would do in his first NFL start, but Patriots fans need not have worried, as he recorded a 27 yard touchdown run and put on a performance beyond his experience.

LeGarrerre Blount also scored runs of 1 yard and 41 yards, to help the Patriots secure a 27-0 win and record their first shutout win since 2012. It was the first time the Texans have been shutout since 2003.

The 23 year old rookie quarterback was rarely put under intense pressure by the Texans, despite Houston having the third ranked defense in the league coming into Week 3.

Brissett ended the night 11 of 19 for 103 yards, as well as running the ball eight times for 48 yards.

Brissett said after the game: "It was crazy. It was awesome. Definitely great to see all the players just run up to you. I got a headache from all the head bobbing and head bumping. But it was definitely worth it."

Meanwhile, Houston quarterback Brock Osweiler said, "I felt like we had a great week of preparation, very focused. The game plan was solid and we worked hard. So this is hard to take. But the bottom line is that New England had a great game plan. They deserve all the credit. But we'll bounce back from this one."
