Cleveland Cavaliers star LeBron James was with restricted free agent center Tristan Thompson Saturday in a wedding, and through a post on Instagram, "King James" asked the team to get everything done with the young big man.

Cleveland began training camp on Sept. 29 but since then, Thompson has not attended a single practice and is holding out due to his contract dispute with the team.

Thompson initially wanted a max contract worth $94 million but the Cavs counter-offered an $80 million deal.

Because Cleveland did not seem to pay attention to his demand, Thompson said late last month that he would be willing to sign a three-year, $53 million contract but still nothing happened.

With no agreement reached, all that was left was a one-year qualifying offer that the 24-year-old refused to sign.

Now James, who was silent since August regarding Thompson's contract issue, finally expressed his side through Instagram.

The two-time champion posted a photo of him together with Thompson in the wedding they attended and the caption read, "Get it done!!!! Straight up.#MissMyBrother @realtristan13."

James and Thompson have the same agent and agency in Rich Paul and Klutch Sports, respectively.

After Sunday's practice, James spoke to reporters regarding Thompson's current situation and how it affects them.

The 30-year-old basketball star said he is hoping everything will be resolved soon, also citing the center's value for the team which was shown especially in last season's playoffs.

James also stated, "The last thing you need is a distraction when you try to make a championship run. And we have that right now. And it's unfortunate for both sides that we're going through it right now as a team."

The four-time Most Valuable Player (MVP) said the current problem with Thompson is not an excuse for them and they will be ready to go.

Cleveland will open the preseason taking on the Atlanta Hawks on Oct. 7 and the regular season facing the Chicago Bulls on Oct. 27.
