Ciara isn't pleased with the actions taken by her ex- fiancé Future, so much so that she has sued him for a whopping $15 million, claiming that his "venomous tweets" and press statements have caused a negative impact on her singing career.

According to the New York Daily News, the defamation lawsuit was filed in Fulton County, Georgia. In it, Ciara accused Future of acting with "actual malice" when he described her as calculating and controlling, even going as far as saying she uses their son, also named Future, for "publicity stunts."

They were engaged back in 2013 but split up after little Future was born back in May 2014. For now, Ciara is dating Christian NFL star Russell Wilson.

On his Twitter account (@1future), the rapper called Ciara a "b****" who "got control problems" since she refused to let him see his son. He added that he pays $15,000 a month for child support, but Ciara insists it isn't true.

In her lawsuit, Ciara said her ex- fiancé's tweets "were so completely false that defendant had to know the damage he would cause plaintiff."

"Defendant has never paid the plaintiff '15k a month' for child support ever, but he made this statement deliberately to cast the plaintiff in a negative and disparaging light," the lawsuit further read.

Ciara also said that Future was able to see his son 19 different times for the past 13 months. "Some of those occasions spanned several days. Plaintiff has gone out of her way to bring the minor child to Georgia to spend time with the defendant," her filing claimed.

" Plaintiff has never withheld the minor child from defendant and has offered numerous dates for visitation that the defendant has declined," it added.

Ciara has also asked Future to delete his tweets but he simply ignored her.
