Church of England Faces Opposition after Approving Cohabitation Rights
The Church of England stirred up criticism earlier in the week when it voiced support for legal rights for cohabiting couples. The Catholic Church has responded by reaffirming its clear opposition to such measures, warning that it could further erode the status of marriage in society.
