Dove and Emmy award winning artists Brandon Heath and Nicole Nordeman will be performing across the United States as part of charity organisation Feed the Children's Table Tour.

The Table Tour is a series of fund-raising concerts to benefit Feed the Children and to raise awareness of the issue of child hunger across the United States.

Feed the Children announced through a press release the following tour dates and stops in the first leg of the tour.

• Feb. 27 Clover, SC
• Feb. 28 Mebane, NC
• March 1 Virginia Beach, VA
• March 2 Lynchburg, VA
• March 12 Celebration, FL
• March 13 Bellville, GA
• March 14 Russellville, AL
• March 15 Siloam Springs, AR

Heath, Nordeman and husband-and-wife band Love & The Outcome will be performing in the series of concerts. 

The second leg of the tour will kick off in April and May. The first three artists will return for the second leg and will be joined by music icon Steven Curtis Chapman and Ellie Holcomb of Drew Holcomb and the Neighbors. The dates for the second leg are as follows:

• May 7 Wausau, WI
• May 8 Waukesha, WI
• May 9 Mankato, MN
• May 10 Bemidji, MN

Through the Table Tour concerts, Feed the Children hopes to raise awareness of child hunger by bringing together music fans and their favourite artists in one venue.

"The Table Tour unites popular musicians and their fan bases to defeat the status quo of hunger," Kevin Hagan, Feed the Children President and CEO, said. "Innovative efforts like these will bring us closer to our ultimate goal—creating a world where no child goes to bed hungry."

Feed the Children has worked to raise awareness of and eliminate child hunger with the help of  partners, donors, and communities since 1979. In fiscal year 2013, the organisation  distributed over $344 million in food, essentials, educational supplies, and medicine to over 10 million individuals in the United States and 18 other countries.
