'Bones' Season 10 spoilers: Timeline jumps four months, Booth to become a very angry man

Two months away from the season 10 debut of "Bones," there are new goodies to treat avid fans of the show. What's the new spoilers for season 10?

In a TV Line chat session, executive producer Jonathan Collier shares a juicy spoiler about the storyline in the upcoming season.

"The premiere picks up four months after the happy couple's house got destroyed in a hail of gunfire. For practical reasons that you'll see, it has a very big effect on their marriage," Collier said. It was the incident that put Booth behind bars as well as in the hospital. "Booth has to deal with the legal consequences of where they ended up," Collier added.

Executive producer Stephen Nathan also shared a spoiler, saying "the Bones world will be expanding." When asked if he meant that the power couple will have a child, Nathan teased with, "That's possible... families grow, people have children."

Elsewhere, David Boreanz spoke to TV Guide about what his character, Booth, will be like in season 10 of "Bones." Booth will have a very rough season as it starts out with him in prison and charged for a series of crimes he didn't commit. Booth's once beautiful life was taken away from him in a snap. He wants to get to the bottom of things and at the same time, doing what he must to protect his name, wife and daughter.

"He's wounded. He's a man of much anger and he is fueled to find out who did this to his family. I wouldn't want to get in his way right now," Boreanz told TV Guide. Booth's frustration is his ultimate motivation.

However, Booth won't have the freedom to do investigative work like he had in the past seasons. Apart from being under the eye of federal authorities, Booth will also suffer from post-traumatic stress disorder, which makes it more challenging to figure out how his world turned upside down.

"Bones" Season 10 will debut on October 2, Thursday, at 7 p.m. on FOX.
