'Bones' season 10: Series' 200th episode to explore Booth and Brennan in an alternate world

Latest teasers claim that the 200th edpisode of "Bones" will feature Booth and Brennan in an "alternate world."

According to the show's executive producer Stephen Nathan, the setting will not be a dream or a virtual reality. He told TVLine that it will explore "what Booth and Brennan might have been like in another world. It's going to be like going for a ride at an amusement park."

The teaser is a bit cryptic, but fans will be interested in what the two would be like if they were not in their current situations or if things happened differently.

Meanwhile, the same publication posted a trailer showing who will be pregnant next season. Daisy will be on the family way, and the baby's father will be none other than Sweets. Daisy exclaimed in the teaser video, "Spear and I found one another a couple times this previous year and one of those knocks transformed into a knock."

This may make a lot of fans wonder what will happen to Jessica Warren (Laura Spencer) as she was Sweet's most recent love interest.

FOX also released the official synopsis of the premier episode of "Bones" tenth season entitled "The Conspiracy in the Corpse." It suggests that the team will deal with the biggest case immediately upon the return of the show.

According to the synopsis, Booth's wife Temperance Brennan and the rest of the Jeffersonian team will work hard to get Booth out of jail and clear his name. The remains of an unidentified man will lead the team to unravel why the perpetrators framed Booth and sent him to prison. The remains of a man who died 16 years ago will be the starting point of the team's investigation on the government's conspiracy that caused Booth's incarceration.

Meanwhile, Booth will have a new adversary next season as a new and politically ambitious FBI agent joins the cast. John Boyd was reported to play this role as FBI Special Agent James Aubrey. Moreover, one of the challenges that Booth has to face is the fact that most of the criminals in the prison he is in are the ones he arrested. They will most likely seek vengeance.

"Bones" season 10 will return to FOX on Sept. 25 at 8 p.m. EST.
