19 Kids and Counting's Ben and Jessa Seewald have been doing a lot of fun activities together since they got married, including cooking, sledding, and sharing the Gospel. Most recently, the couple have been working on improving their physical health.

Jessa posted on her Instagram account (@jessaseewald) a photo of the couple's workout progress. "Back in the ol' gym tonight with my favorite personal trainer/workout buddy! @ben_seewald, you inspire me! Tracking workouts and seeing improvement is so encouraging!" she captioned it.

If the couple are not at the gym, they can be seen jogging near their new house. Another photo shared by Jessa showed the two of them all geared up to run. "Took a little sunset jog with my man!" Jessa captioned her photo.

Ben also shared a photo of the same moment on his Facebook page and wrote, "Me and my bride out for some exercise!" He hashtagged it with #bestfriends.

The deeply religious Ben is known to share Scripture on his social media accounts, and it appears he has influenced his wife to do the same as well. The two recently discussed the importance of God's judgment.

Ben said that people who say, "Only God can judge me!" fail to realise the gravity of their statement. "The Holy One's judgement is the most fearful thing in existence if you stand without Christ and bear the guilt of your own sins. I'd rather have all the earth judge me wrong than be on God's bad side," he wrote on Facebook.

His wife Jessa elaborated further on her Facebook page, saying that humans naturally fall short of righteousness, so they should turn away from sin and seek Jesus Christ. Otherwise, they will face God's judgment, which draws near.

"God isn't slacking to fulfill His promised Judgement on sin - it's coming. And the only reason you're are alive right now is because He is merciful and has kept your heart beating for another day. He is patient toward you, not wishing that any should perish but that all should reach repentance. But He will not hold back forever," she warned.
