This week on "Bachelor in Paradise," McKenzie and Justin hit it off as they went on a date which saw them participating in what appeared to be a fake wedding ceremony. Meanwhile, Ashley I., determined to keep Jared to herself, asked host Chris Harrison for a favor so she could take Jared on an overnight date.

McKenzie from Chris' season arrived at the Playa Escondida resort, and Ashley I. immediately suggested that she should go for Justin. Ashley must have had good instincts as McKenzie and Justin immediately started talking about their respective children and later, they went on a romantic date.

For their date, they participated in a ceremony which was performed in Spanish, and the person who led them said something about marriage, which seemed to disturb Justin as he thought that McKenzie may have taken the ceremony seriously.

Meanwhile, Ashley I. was getting more and more desperate about Jared especially after she saw him talking to Jacqueline. She thought that the only way to ensure that they would be together was if she took him on an overnight date with her. She turned to Harrison and asked for a date card which would enable her and her date to stay in a fantasy suite for the night. Ashley I. asked Jared out, and he accepted right away.

Next week, no new people will be joining the competition, and according to Reality Steve, there will be five couples remaining and everyone will go on one-on-one dates. However, before any of the dates happen, one couple will break up and head home.

The remaining four couples will participate in a special rose ceremony wherein they will say something to one another and give each other roses if they decide to be together. Reality Steve says that out of the four couples, two of them will decide to stay together and two will break up. Someone will also be proposing by the end of the episode.

"Bachelor in Paradise" airs Sundays and Mondays at 8 p.m. on ABC.
