Awakening UK 2007 will expand to four different cities this year, following last year's highly successful festival at Carberry Tower Estate just outside Edinburgh.

Awakening UK is an opportunity for all generations within the church to come together as family and enjoy a day of worship, teaching, fellowship, feasting and fun.

The event will kick off in Belfast on 30 August, and wrap up in London, 2 September. It will also take place in Aberdeen and Edinburgh.

This year's main speaker will be John Ortberg and his wife Nancy. Worship will be led by Kingsway praise leader Andrew Mitchell and American singer Krissy Nordhoff.

Organised by Christian company Veritas Partnership, Awakening UK is held in association with UCB and ministers from major churches across the UK.
