The latest news "Attack On Titan" fans have received about their favorite anime series is that its second season will debut in 2016. During the premiere of "Attack on Titan Part I: Crimson Bow and Arrow" in Japan last Nov. 24, Director Tetsuro Araki, along with voice actors Yui Ishikawa (Mikasa), Yuuki Kaji (Eren), and Marina Inoue (Armin) announced the existence of sequel season. 

Master Herald reported that "Attack On Titan" season 2 was already being developed by Wit Studios as early as October. However, the studio plans on making big changes to the show, which, in turn, entails more time to stitch together and perfect. Waiting for 2016 is indeed a backbreaking chore but its makers assure that it will be something more massive than the first season. Fans sure would not mind more than a year of waiting as long as the season will make them feel that their patience meant and did something. 

In between the announcement of its arrival and the actual dawn of the second season, "Attack On Titan" has spawned new and action-packed films fans can enjoy while waiting. There will be a two-part OVA (Original Video Animation). The first of the two episodes of "Attack on Titan: No Regrets" is set to premiere in Japan tomorrow, Dec. 9. The other will hit screens on Apr. 9 next year. The sequel to "Crimson Bow and Arrow" titled "Attack on Titan Part II: Wings of Freedom" will hit theaters in Japan on June 27, 2015. 

Lastly, an epic manga crossover between Marvel's Spider-man and the Titans is reported to be in the works. There will be a Japan Edition and an English Edition to be released internationally. Master Herald says that the continuation of the crossover will depend upon the audience's feedback. Nevertheless, Titans wreaking havoc in New York City and battling the friendly neighborhood superhero there is always a good idea.
