Examiner.com cited producer of Assassin's Creed Unity Lesley Phord-Toy in an exclusive interview saying that there will be a lot of side content in the new game. This is a great advantage when you are narrating about The French Revolution that allowed the game developers to tell a lot of side stories that yield to a myriad of side missions. She added that the players will be able to enjoy Assassination Contracts, Murder Mysteries and other side content.

Moreover, Phord-Toy explained that players will be able to put off something they will encounter in the Quest Queue. There is also the existence of rival factions during the French Revolution and players will be given the free will to either get on or ignore some of the AIs, they can do so.

Aside from side content, Ubisoft announced that its upcoming game will also pack a new feature that enables players to embark on missions joined by other players.

The new version of Assassin's Creed will allow up to four players to play cooperatively for the first time ever. The missions are accessible through taverns spotted throughout revolutionary Paris. From the taverns, the player can move on straight into a co-op mission with other players. This hinted that some missions are quite difficult and will need four players to work together.

Assassin's Creed Unity will be the first game of the series that will be exclusively released to PS4, Xbox One and PC. The game is set to arrive on Oct. 28.
