5 Bible Verses A Father Should Recite To His Daughter To Make Her Sure Of Her God-given Value

At the heart of the message of the cross is the value for all human life. Because of what Jesus has done, all people are to be treated as precious and dignified. There's no reason why the same should not hold true for women.

As a father in an age where the image of a woman can often be objectified, I often think about the things that my daughter will have to face when she comes of age. Alexa, my daughter, is only four years old today but I'm already taking time to remind her of her worth and value to me, and more importantly to Christ. I tell her how much she is loved, cared for and valued in the hopes that it gets embedded deep down inside that her value is attached to the cross, which makes her completely priceless.

It's no different with any daughter, wife, sister or friend. Every woman is to be valued with high regard because everything about her was formed by a holy God and purchased by the blood of the lamb.

And when it comes to truth about the value of a woman, there can be no resource richer than the Bible itself. The Word of God communicates to us that despite our depravity, every person has been bought at a price and is thus held with high regard.  And that goes for women because God values women highly.
